For return, all items must be in new and re-saleable condition. All Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. All accessories – including handbags, jewelry, scarves, shoe care, beanies, and hats are FINAL SALE.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery of your shipment for store credit only. Returnable items must:
- Be in original condition
- Be unwashed and unworn
- Be returned in the original packaging with original stuffing
- Original shoe box must be in original condition without any tape, stickers or labels on the outside.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, clearance items, as-is items, or items with a discount of 30% or more.
*Free gifts or promotional/sale items are not available for a refund!
How to do a return:
Log into your account here: Account Login
- In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to the order that you want to submit a return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request Return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued for in-store credit only and may be used at anytime.
- Approved refunds will be processed as in-store credit to your account within 5 working days.
