How do I request a return?
- Enter your order number and email address or phone number in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the merchandise you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- If exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the merchandise you are returning will be processed as a return for store credit.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of delivery of your shipment for store credit. Returnable items must:
- Be in original condition
- Be unwashed and unworn
- Be returned in the original packaging with original stuffing
- Original shoe box must be in original condition without any tape, stickers or labels on the outside.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, clearance items, as-is items, or items with a discount of 30% or more.
*Free gifts or promotional/sale items are not available for a refund!
Are there any charges for a return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping, unless your order was shipped with incorrect, or defective, merchandise. You may ship your order back using the shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a service that will provide tracking information.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return credit. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued for in-store credit only and may be used at anytime.
- Approved refunds will be processed as in-store credit to your account within 15 working days.
